Positive Wellbeing for all
Mental health affects everyone and everyone benefits from taking care of their wellbeing. Some parts of the world have few resources to help, little education to understand and a lack of people to support.
A significant part of my work is dedicated to volunteering with charities around the world, to offer Positive Wellbeing services where they’re most needed.
This comes at no cost to them, of course, I self-fund and fundraise in order to keep this project going. If you’d like to donate, collaborate or sponsor, I’d love to hear from you.
British Virgin Islands
After the devastation of hurricane Irma, I lived in the community offering wellbeing support to individuals and organisational development workshops to teams, in order to help them rebuild their lives.
Uganda
Alongside Edukid, I visit schools and community action groups to offer mental health advice to teachers and leaders, as well as pupils, so they can learn to look after themselves and each other better.
Peru
I facilitate learning about mental health, daily practises to stay well and coping with unimaginable adversity, also teaching and promoting healthy habits that communities can continue to share with others.
Cambodia
Supporting underprivileged communities, meeting people where they are on their mental health journey and offering what they need, in order to make happy minds more sustainable where it is greatly needed.
Botswana
Alongside Elephants for Africa, I’m embedding positive health strategies into daily life for people living in the communities and teaching clinic counsellors useful methods that will enhance their practice.
Where next?
The more we raise in donations, the more we can do for people in underprivileged areas around the world. If you’d like to donate, sponsor or collaborate, or if you’re an interested charity, get in touch.
