Whooop! We’re all invited to the global wellness movement! 🌟 We need it – the world needs it.
One year ago today (yey!) I published my book about what happiness is, where it comes from, why we feel it and how to generate more of it. A toolkit for people, communities and organisations with the aim of people and planet health 📒
The book has reached over 1,000 people in 11 countries so far - it’s up to all of us to keep the happiness movement going and this is just one way of doing that 💛
It’s about living your best life no matter what else is going on. There are always good things and we can take more care of our brains and mental health by practising simple techniques every day to feel better. In turn, this helps others around us, enhances our connection with our environments and communities and heightens our commitment to a happier, healthier planet. All fabulous stuff, I say! And worth having a little think (and read!) about.
As I say on the back of the book, “You can learn to be happier. The aim isn’t to be perfect, it’s to be authentic.”
As Sir Richard Branson says on the back of the book, “Thank you for this beautiful girl, who looks after everybody. We’ve all got to play our part in protecting the world, we need to work as one.” I couldn’t agree more.
