Smiley leaders for the win!

I met George Ezra at Glastonbury Festival 🤠

That's pretty cool in itself but... the point I want to make is this:

I watched his set because I was working in the same tent. I met his band who told me how lovely he is to work with. I was captured by how much he genuinely enjoyed what he does. He looked at his followers in awe. He appreciated his people. He smiled...and thanked them...a lot. Then he came backstage and was happy to have a photo with me, because he's kind.

Leaders and influencers who are kind, appreciative, awe inspired, emotionally expressive and smile are what the world needs. People like them and follow their lead and that improves culture. Simple.
